Food Booth Themes are protected at PSM; please note the below themes are currently claimed at PSM.

Please have the following prepared for the submission of your application:

  • Unique Food Booth Theme supported by cohesive menu.

  • List and photos of all menu items, including ingredients (will be asked to note commercially produced ingredients) and preparation.

  • General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 Minimum)

  • Food Handlers Cards for all Individuals Involved

  • Commissary Kitchen / Health Inspection Report

  • Gas Permit Issued by Fire Department (if using propane onsite)

  • Fire Extinguisher with tag (Class K required if frying foods onsite)
