I use North West Burl woods and inlay gemstones and minerals into the natural pattern voids of the material.  Using this technique I create magnetic sculptures that depict natural mineral formations as well as silver wrapped wood jewelry in classic cabochon forms.  This combination of elements and subject matter is a blending of the wood world and the mineral kingdom. Using a lapidary approach to polishing, I strive to give this combination of elements the presence of a true gemstone.

I have been a member at the Portland Saturday Market for over 10 years and sell there nearly every weekend we are open.  In addition I also sell at some of the region's  top rated art shows and keep an updated schedule on my website.
